Ingredients (for 2 persons) :
Milk | 1 Liter |
Rice | 1 Medium size cup |
Rosewater | 1/2 medium size cup |
Important to know:
Use high quality Rice for preparing This delicious dessert.
First step:
One night before cooking Rice with milk, wash and soak the rice in water.
Second step:
Add rice to the pot with 2 glasses of water. Turn on the oven and let the water boils till the volume of water reaches to half.
Third step:
Add milk to the boiling water and let it boil till the pot loses the watery texture. But keep in mind that you should keep small amount of milk + water mixture.in the pot.In other word don’t let it be either thick or too loose.
Fourth step:
Add rose water into the pot.mix all ingredients with a wooden long spoon.
Fifth-final step:
Use small Persian bowls to add rice and milk to it and decorate it by flowers.
